Well. Its a good friend of ours and perhaps he didn't learn from us or perhaps he did. Not too sure.
He bought a cute little house around the corner from the muffin. We spend a portion of our weekend ripping out someone else's carpet. Its nice to help. Jose has helped us with the concrete removal, cabinet toss out and many, MANY other things that have popped up.

Yep that I our favorite Jose. He might start a blog but then he would delete it.
