We are on holiday but I thought I would give a little taste. This is my father-in-law's garden. It produces the best lettuce and green onions I have ever tasted. We had a big party here a few years ago. After we got back to the mainland I asked everyone what their favorite dish was. EVERYONE said the green salad. Who says salad? There was fresh ahi sashimi, perfectly cooked Asian delights and people still stuck with the salad. Amazing.
