Looks like the acorn squash is loving it. The plants are growing rapidly. The blooms are beautiful. I can't wait to stuff the blossoms with some sort of concoction.
Maybe The Husband can build me a trellis for the little monsters to attack. I see a long and viney road ahead.

ricotta, then light saute in olive oil. yum. can wash in egg and bread crumbs.
Mmm... or bake with butter, cinnamon and pecans, then top with pinto beans, green chile, and queso fresco! YUMMY!
