Tearing Down The Tree

I'm sure the raccoons are upset but I am very happy. Mr. Neighborman took down another pain in my house.

If you remember way back when we took down root problem #1, now #2 has been taken care of.

Any suggestions for a replacement tree? I am liking the Western Redbud
