Its too hot and everything is frying. What happened to spring?
Thinking I might spend the weekend scraping paint off the old baseboards. I can get a lot done in 3 days. Well, factoring in going to the beach and doing some heavy drinking maybe I'll just have a nice start.
Also thinking about all our interior doors. Might have them dipped and stripped. Doing it myself sounds like a nightmare.
What ya'll think? Scrape the paint off of 7 doors or have them dipped and stripped?

Yeah, if it were up to me, I would leave the work to professionals and enjoy the long weekend without the hassle of scraping paint off doors! It is getting so hot! Good luck with your summer projects!
It's hot? It's 67 degrees with chance of T-storms.
You are right. I just went outside and its starting to rain.
dip and strip! does this mean we're officially old? you're stripping baseboards on the long weekend, and we're building our garden shed paradise.
I'd beware of dip-stripping. I can't remember exactly what I read, but I seem to recall that it's not as good as other types. Maybe something about raising the grain? Discoloration? Just make sure you do your research. Good luck! :)
