When I made the monster seed order I also ordered this kitchen sprout system from JohnnySeeds. I love it. So far we have grown mung beans, broccoli, wheat and radish sprouts. Its a very smart system, much smarter than the jar with the paper towel like dad use to grow.

I love it; I want one! Do you soak your seeds in a 2% bleach solution (1 tsp. bleach to 1 cup hot tap water) for 15 minutes. According to Botanical Interests you should. Let me know!
Why the bleach solution?
According to Botanical Interests "if not properly disinfected, all seeds have the possibility of carrying E. coli bacteria..."
Sasha has nothing to fear, Johnny's high-germination sprouting seeds are untreated and have tested negative for the presence of E. coli 0157 and Salmonella and most seeds are certified organic.
