It takes a village...

On saturday the neighborhood helped take down the 2nd 1/2 of our tree. I have been told it is not a maple but an American Sweetgum, good to know. The tree surgeon finished chopping and the kids hauled it all away. I met more of my neighborhood kids, their parents like to have fires and can use all the wood they can get. They took everything. I also heard they make a mean sunday evening gin and tonic. I might have to check that out. I would love to sit and watch my tree burn.

So that was Saturday. Sunday we did the garage. Cleaned it at last. I don't have any picture of piles and piles of rat poop. I don't have pictures of the bees nest or the rotten piss soaked drywall. It was too disgusting for the camera. It was a one track mind. Get this crap done and get the hell out.

Friday I am finally having the dumpster delivered. I am super excited about this. We have all the piles ready. There a few more things that need to get demo'd but for the most part we are gonna load all weekend. I can't wait for the trash to be gone. From this point on I hope I will be able to compost or just use the trash like a normal person.
