I have fired myself and hired a gardener for the front and side yards. I just can't keep up. You might remember Armondo from past great adventures. Such as Trash Pile and The Big Sprinkler. We like him for a few reasons. He is a neighbor, reliable and also a visionary. He understands my goal and will help me achieve it.
Will he be mad when I ask him to rip up all the grass? I doubt it but we shall see.

you should try my gardener...his name is christian. he works for cheap.
I heard that Christian guy leaves dead weeds everywhere. We don't like that.
